I thought by now everyone knew the reason SMG didn’t go to the wrap party, was because she had to go directly to Toronto to film Scooby doo 2. I actually like Charisma, I think she’s pretty and incredibly funny. I wish she hadn’t posed for playboy because it made me think she doesn’t want to be a serious actress. It’s a double edged sword. I’m a female. 20. I would pose for magazines like FHM or Maxim because sometimes it’s fun to look sexy. But then I look at what the magazine is primarily about : making women look merely as sexual objects for the male mind. I don’t condemn Charisma for posing for Playboy—the pictures are tasteful, nice and a cool way to show off her post-baby body. But Playboy doesn’t have a very positive message when you look past the "freedom" part.
And as for her career, that’s a doube edged sword as well. 1) People will notice her from outside of the Whedonverse but 2) She might be typecast as a sexy bunny and/or never get another meaty role unless she fights for it. Speaking of her career though, she’s only really done Buffy and Angel. See Jane Date as well as her guest spots on Miss Match were kind of low profile. The average joe on the street wouldn’t know who she was if you asked them—without any pictures to show. SMG has probably been able to get out of the Buffy role because she took roles during the beginning of her Buffy career. The other cast members didn’t and I think they could possibly suffer careerwise from it.
Lastly, I don’t think her breasts are fake, and regardless—who the hell cares ? And I always knew she had a great body. Damn. I wish I looked like her. lol :)
- Whedon.infosorry angela i have to disagree with u about the fact that smg was the only one who did other projects while working on buffy : Alyson hannigan did the american pie trilogy which was HUGER than smg’s one timers.
But either way AH and SMG are making quite good show biz decisions for themselves now that buffy has finished. I say BRAVO to them all.
And as for Charisma, who cares about her breasts, they’re HER breasts, fake, rea, doesn’t matter, and i think the photos are stylish and tasteul. Congratulations to Charisma.

I think that if your a fan of the show, you should respect all of the actors.(Even Sarah, to those who are extremely cruel about her) I’m a huge fan of all the actors, especially sarah and charisma and david. There are so many issues to address here and just not enough time. Firstly, props to Charisma. She is a beautiful woman who has made an extreme effort to get her body back into great shape. I am a woman, who has breasts funnily enough and who has had a baby. I know how hard baby weight is to loose. True, she is a celebrity, who probably has a personal trainer and someone to watch her son while she works out, but it is still a lot of physical effort to look that good.

None of us know, but in my opinion they are real. Quite frankly, her breasts have decreased in size since her early buffy days ; either that or she was wearing the world’s greatest push up bra. This picture 5 that is being spoken about. Where, I would like to ask, is the scar ? My breasts are about the same size as hers and that lighter part underneath her breast is what any woman with a larger bust has. It is simply where there is a line where the heavier part of the breast sits. If you haven’t noticed, she is arching her back and has her hands above her head. Any woman’s breasts which ‘sag’ while she is manipulating herself in that manner has obviously lived her life braless, so why would it be expected that hers would ?
Personally I don’t believe a picture someone has taken of them has any impact on their acting ability. Charisma was not employed for her ass okay ? She is a great actress, with the ability to jump from pretentious prom queen to mother figure to hell spawn and right back to loving mother figure again.
I’m sure I have heard that she posed for these photos because she is proud of her post baby body. Well good on you girl ! I know how long it took me to return to my original weight, and it’s something she should be proud of ! I feel that the people here who are criticising her body, especially a pair of nipples that have gone through pregnancy and breastfeeding, should take a step back. Have you had a baby attached to your obviously perfect pink little nipples for months ? In the first season, SMG, was bigger than her(she has decreased in cup size). She was also very skinny then. She looked like she did on malibu shores. As for the scar, they would airbrush something like that out.
