We are seeking a full-time Health Promotion Specialist who has experience working with vulnerable populations and the related issues of trauma, addiction, mental illness and chronic health issues. This Health Promotion Specialist will support residents of permanent housing programs to set and reach health goals. The Health Promotion Specialist ensures the delivery of high quality programming in a safe, compassionate and therapeutic environment.
