Were the ENTIRE video played, we would be able to see that these individuals were part of an ENEMY UNIT, which was firing on coalition forces, including the helicopters in question. When the helicopters engaged the group, some of the ENEMY dropped their weapons, and ran, while others were killed in the initial attack. The helicopters then continued the engagement, tracking all of the members of the ENEMY UNIT, and killing them.
